Participation does not require personal disclosure. Young people can listen, contribute and use an anonymous question card when they choose.

The registration flow collects only what the team needs for attendance and initial safety planning. Attendance permission and media consent remain separate, and choosing no to photography will never prevent participation.

What happens after registration

The primary contact receives a reference and confirmation by email. The Trybe Next team will use that contact for essential arrival, transport or event updates and will follow up if any detail needs clarification.
