About Divine

Leadership is measured by what becomes possible for others.

Product, delivery and transformation work is ultimately human work. Clarity creates the conditions for people to contribute, decide and move together.

He holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Strategic Management and co-founded Agile Disciples, where he has helped shape the professional journeys of hundreds of delivery leads and Scrum Masters across continents.

Core philosophy

Principles that keep the work grounded.

Simple principles are most valuable when the environment is complicated—and when growth, well-being and results all have to matter.

01

Clarity first

Name the real problem, the decision that matters and the outcome people are moving toward.

02

Alignment is architectural

Agreement is not enough. Roles, incentives, information and decisions must connect in practice.

03

People before process

A framework is only useful when the people inside it understand, trust and can adapt it.

How the work moves

Listen deeply. Clarify honestly. Align intentionally. Deliver meaningfully.

The Alignment Mark is more than a visual device. It captures the operating belief that people, product, purpose and delivery have to meet around a shared outcome.

  1. 01

    Listen

Understand the current reality, the friction and the voices inside the system.

  2. 02

    Clarify

Separate the signal from the noise and name the outcome that matters most.

  3. 03

    Align

Connect people, product and purpose around shared decisions and clear ownership.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Turn intention into focused action, useful feedback and progress that can last.

Beyond the room

Growth should leave room for life.

Divine’s public thinking returns often to focus, emotional intelligence, service, rest and the discipline of choosing what matters. Those themes are part of the leadership practice—not a detour from it.
