Enquiries and engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, advisory or coaching relationship. The scope, timing, fees and responsibilities for an engagement are agreed separately in writing.

Trybe Next Event Participation Terms

Registration and eligibility

Trybe Next youth events are intended for participants aged 12–19 on the relevant event date. A parent or legal guardian must complete the under-18 route and confirm their authority to give attendance permission. Participants aged 18–19 may use the self-registration route. Submitting the form records a request to attend; the team may contact the registrant to confirm eligibility, capacity, transport or access arrangements.

Attendance, transport and programme changes

Admission is free and registration is required. Transportation assistance is limited, subject to availability and not guaranteed by selecting “Yes.” Event details, speakers, timings or arrangements may change when reasonably necessary; material updates will be communicated using the contact details provided.

Respect, safety and media choice

Participants are expected to treat other attendees, staff, volunteers and the venue with respect. Attendance permission and identifiable photography/video choice are separate. Choosing “No” to media does not prevent participation. Urgent safety concerns should be reported to event staff or the appropriate emergency service; anonymous event question cards are not an emergency channel.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the brand identity, writing and original website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access private areas or records without authorisation.
